    Join us Thursday, October 5th, for a hard hat tour of Grandview Crossing with Thrive.  

    Grandview Crossing is a 55-acre mixed-use development on the former Dublin Road Landfill. The property’s location at the northeast corner of Dublin Rd and Grandview Ave (Route 33) allows for excellent visibility of Downtown Columbus and convenient proximity to I-670.

    Thrive Companies, working with the City of Columbus and the City of Grandview Heights, is developing office space, apartments, retail, parking garages, and a hotel. The site infrastructure, including utilities, started in December 2019.
