ULI Columbus was established in 2008 as a district council of the Urban Land Institute, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit research and education organization with the mission of providing leadership in the responsible use of land and in sustaining thriving communities worldwide.
ULI Columbus’s purpose is to contribute to the prosperity of Central Ohio communities and the well-being of area residents by providing leadership in responsible land use for generations to come.
Bringing together leaders from across the fields of real estate and land use policy to exchange best practices and serve community needs.
Exploring issues of urbanization, conservation, regeneration, land use, capital formation, and sustainable development.
Sharing knowledge through education, applied research, publishing, and electronic media.
