Scioto Mile and Columbus Commons are among the five finalists selected for the 2014 Urban Land Institute (ULI) Urban Open Space Award. An annual competition that recognizes outstanding examples of successful large- and small-scale public spaces that have socially enriched and revitalized the economy of their surrounding communities.
After visiting the five sites and completing additional evaluations of each project, the international jury will announce the 2014 winner at the ULI Fall Meeting in New York City in October.

Guthrie Green, Tulsa, Oklahoma
Klyde Warren Park, Dallas, Texas
Railyard Park + Plaza, Santa Fe, New Mexico
Washington Park, Cincinnati, Ohio
