The Center for Real Estate would like to invite you to an opportunity to engage with Dr. Peter Linneman and Mr. Charles Klatskin during a session titled “Prospects and Pitfalls of Investing in Commercial and Industrial Real Estate.” Mr. Charles Klatskin, the Managing Director and Chairman of the Charles Klatskin Company, and Professor Emeritus Peter Linneman, Founding Principal of Linneman Associates and a former Director of the prestigious Zell-Lurie Real Estate Center at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, will discuss the dynamics in the commercial and industrial real estate space and provide their reflections on the future of the industry.
