ULI COLUMBUS WELCOMES CHRISTINE SHIRER AND ROBERT VOGT TO LOCAL ADVISORY BOARD
COLUMBUS, OH – ULI Columbus has appointed Christine Shirer and Robert Vogt to the ULI Columbus Advisory Board. See the full list of ULI Columbus Advisory Board Members.
Christine (Chris) Shirer is the CEO and President of Madison & Fifth, a marketing agency providing creative and strategic services to a diverse portfolio of clients located in several states.
Shortly after arriving in Columbus, Ohio, she worked as an independent video writer/ producer focusing on marketing and advertising communications for various Limited Brands divisions, McDonald’s and Abercrombie & Fitch. Her first commercial real estate communications work was performed for Steiner + Associates and focused on sharing the new urbanist and town center development philosophies championed by Yaromir Steiner.
Her familiarity with commercial real estate led to additional work over the years with respected Columbus developers including The Daimler Group and The New Albany Company. Madison & Fifth most recently completed a responsively designed (mobile-friendly) web presence for the Continental Real Estate Companies.
An ardent supporter of all things urban and cultural, Chris served for three years as a Short North Business Association board member, completing her tenure as vice president of the board. She currently serves as vice president of the North Market Development Authority, the board overseeing Columbus’ iconic public market.
Robert Vogt is a principal and partner with the real estate market analyst firm of Vogt Santer Insights, a firm specializing in providing real estate market feasibility studies and project consulting located in Columbus, Ohio. Mr. Vogt has conducted market feasibility studies for the past 30 years. In this time, he has conducted, written and reviewed over 7,000 market analyses for market-rate and affordable Tax Credit apartments, as well as studies for single-family, condominiums, golf course residential developments, office, retail, and elderly housing throughout the U.S. Mr. Vogt is a founding member of the National Council of Housing Market Analysts, an association formed to bring standards and professional practices to real estate market feasibility. He is a past chairman of this association. Mr. Vogt is a member of the Columbus Board of Commission Appeals. Mr. Vogt has a degree in Finance, Real Estate, and Urban Land Economics from The Ohio State University.
