As Central Ohio and the nation relaxes the work from home orders, companies are starting to reopen their offices following guidelines established at the state level. Short term requirements will dictate how offices are used, who can and must be there, and how to integrate social distancing. However, the long-term outlook for offices and workplace is at a pivot point. This ULI Columbus webinar will explore the future of the office and how it might best serve the goals and objectives of businesses and organizations post pandemic, from the perspective of the office developer, the commercial real estate broker and the workplace designer.
