ULI Columbus Celebrates 10 Years

In 2007, there was no Huntington Park in the Arena District, no Bridge Park in Dublin and no 21-story James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute at Ohio State University. A RFP is now posted to the Campus Partners website that covers two separate hotel opportunities.  First, on behalf of Campus Partners for Community Urban Redevelopment, development of a new hotel at 15+HIGH, and second, on behalf of The Ohio State University, management options for the existing Fisher College of Business Blackwell Inn and Pfahl Hall Conference Center. All interested respondents may submit to one or both opportunities and all proposals are due by Friday, May 4, 2018.
