Infrastructure—the lifeline of cities—is undergoing big changes.  Our access to affordable energy is a keystone to any successful economic development model.  Ohio’s traditional low power costs will soon change. Federal government proposals will clean our air but will also take away our access to cheap power supplies such as coal.  Central Ohio needs to be ready to turn these challenges into opportunities.  What are the opportunities for land use in the new equation?  How can Central Ohio become a leader in the green energy revolution Ohio is working very hard to develop?
